Senior Software Analyst/Developer or Software Analyst/Developer (National Office)

The Software Analyst/Developer for My Health Care Manager will play a key role in the development and deployment of the core business applications. The role will report directly to the VP of Technology and offer competitive pay and benefits.

An ideal candidate has 3+ years experience developing software and reports, including .NET and SQL database queries. The candidate will also have business analysis skills, experience in complex application configuration and application database design, as well as experience and knowledge of software quality assurance, software engineering, and project scheduling and tracking. Experience with SQL/Server, C#, VB .NET, and Active Reports (or other web-based report building tools), and experience/ knowledge in data security and the health care/ regulated environment is desired.

Health Care Manager (National Office/ Indianapolis area office)

The Health Care Manager will provide health care management, and advisory and advocacy services to designated members. Serving as the single point of contact for members, families, advisors, and caregivers, the Health Care Manager will convey information to all parties, coordinate care among multiple providers, and foster members’ greater well-being, independence, and peace of mind.

An ideal candidate is a Registered Nurse with experience in case management and/or discharge planning, as well as geriatric patients. Knowledge of the health care system and strong interpersonal and communication skills are required.

Geriatric Care Research Analyst (National Office)

The Geriatric Care Research Analyst will be an integral player in the development and deployment of My Health Care Manager’s innovative approach to care management. Reporting directly to the Health Care Manager Support Director, the role offers competitive pay and benefits.

The ideal candidate has three or more years of experience in geriatric care, research, nursing, social work, or another related field, as well as a Bachelor’s in a health, social work, or geriatric care discipline. The Research Analyst will be responsible for developing web content in specific problem categories, including the identification of multiple solution options and the creation of materials addressing resources, educational strategies, and evidence-based practices. The process will consist of identification of solutions; research, collection, and documentation of existing protocols and tools; and the development of new protocols and tools.

Application Development Manager/Director (National Office)

The Application Development Manager/Director will serve a key role in the development and deployment of My Health Care Manager’s core business applications. The role reports directly to the VP of Technology and offers competitive pay and benefits. Limited travel will be required.

An ideal candidate is an experienced information technology leader with 7+ years of experience developing software and reports, leading projects, managing outside resources, and supporting clients. The Manager/Director has a Bachelor’s or higher in a computer discipline, as well as business analysis skills, experience with supplier management, complex application configuration, and application database design. Also required: experience and knowledge of software quality assurance, software engineering, and project scheduling and tracking.

Desired skills include experience in SQL/Server database design, query development, and .NET software development; SQL/Server, C#, VB .NET, and Active Reports (or other web-based report building tools); experience and knowledge in data security; and experience in health care and regulated environment.
