Senior Software Analyst/Developer or Software Analyst/Developer (National Office)

The Software Analyst/Developer for My Health Care Manager will play a key role in the development and deployment of the core business applications. The role will report directly to the VP of Technology and offer competitive pay and benefits.

An ideal candidate has 3+ years experience developing software and reports, including .NET and SQL database queries. The candidate will also have business analysis skills, experience in complex application configuration and application database design, as well as experience and knowledge of software quality assurance, software engineering, and project scheduling and tracking. Experience with SQL/Server, C#, VB .NET, and Active Reports (or other web-based report building tools), and experience/ knowledge in data security and the health care/ regulated environment is desired.

Software Analyst/Developer (National Office)

My Health Care Manager, LLC is seeking an experienced Analyst/Developer to play a key role in the development and deployment of its core business applications. The role will report directly to the Applications Development Director and offer competitive pay and benefits.

The ideal candidate would have completed a 4 year degree in Computer Science or a related field and basic experience developing software and reports..

Lead Architect or Senior Software Architect (National Office)

My Health Care Manager, LLC is seeking an experienced Senior Software Architect to play a key role in the design, development and deployment of its core business applications. The role will report directly to the Applications Development Director and offer competitive pay and benefits.

The focus of the Senior Software Architect is to lead the design effort on a variety of projects in a highly collaborative, fast-paced environment. The role is to design innovative solutions to real geriatric care challenges and opportunities. The Architect will work closely with a team comprised of internal software engineers and domain knowledge experts along with a research team from IUPUI’s School of Informatics and Computer Science to develop new product offerings and improve existing ones.

The ideal candidate would have completed a 4 year degree in Computer Science or a related field and 5 or more years of experience developing mission critical software applications.

Geriatric Care Research Analyst (National Office)

The Geriatric Care Research Analyst will be an integral player in the development and deployment of My Health Care Manager's innovative approach to care management. Reporting directly to the Director of Research and Development, the role offers competitive pay and benefits.

The ideal candidate has three or more years of experience in geriatric care, research, nursing, social work, or as a research librarian. A bachelor's in a nursing, social work, geriatric care discipline and/or health related field is required. The Research Analyst will be responsible for developing content in specific problem categories, including the identification of multiple intervention options and the creation of materials addressing resources, educational strategies, and evidence-based practices. The process will consist of intervention identification and research; collection and documentation of existing protocols and tools and measurement of quality outcomes.
